SomerCor’s SBA 504 Loan Program Benefit for Veterans 

For veteran-owned businesses, SomerCor’s SBA 504 loan program is a great way to build, buy, and refinance commercial real estate.  

Advantages: In addition to the favorable terms of an SBA 504 loan, the SomerCor VetLoan Advantage program offers the following: 

• SomerCor covers the cost of Third-Party Lender fee up to $3000.00 

Eligibility:  

• Must be a veteran or spouse of an active military member owning 51% or more the applicant business 

• Must be a first time SBA 504 borrower  

• SBA 504 loan is less than $500,000.00
