SBA 504 Refinance and Improvements
As Iordan’s business grew, he turned to SomerCor for assistance on two U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 loans to refinance his building purchase and make improvements. Renovating 8,500 square feet of their facility allowed Moovers to designate space for the sales team, a new commercial moving division, and short- and long-term storage. Plus, by refinancing the property with the SBA 504 program, the company reduced annual occupancy costs by $52,000.
