Mayor Lightfoot Announces Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Finalists

This week Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced 31 new Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) finalists as part of Chicago’s INVESTSouthWest and Chicago Recovery Plan initiatives. SomerCor is proud to partner with the Department of Planning and Development to administer NOF. This impactful program strengthens commercial corridors in the West, Southwest, and West Sides of the city by providing small businesses and non-profits with reimbursable grants for permanent building improvement costs.
