Or Gera is the owner of the business Tel Aviv Slices Pizza, a kosher restaurant located at 3517 W. Devon Ave. In addition the dine-in and delivery options, the restaurant hosts ‘make-your-own’ pizza parties and private group events.

The scope of work at Tel Aviv Slices included roofing repairs; an interior buildout with new framing, insulation, doors, flooring, ceilings, and countertops; electrical upgrades; plumbing improvements; and HVAC work.

Launched in 1999, Chicago’s Small Business Improvement Fund promotes economic development by providing reimbursement grants for permanent building improvement. Landlords, owner/operators, and tenants (with landlord approval) are eligible to apply. Residential projects are not eligible.
