Burger and Sushi House (B.A.S.H.) is a modern eatery focused on creative burgers and sushi plates. B.A.S.H. offers a unique pairing of quality food, service, and ambience – a great spot with a meal option for everyone. This concept was launched by husband and wife team, Cody and Chanel Renkosik. They opened their first location in Ottawa in 2013 and then upgraded to a larger space there in 2017.
SBA 504 Loan with SomerCor
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the Renkosik’s moved forward with their plan of opening a second B.A.S.H. location. The couple partnered with SomerCor loan officer, Eric Bacon, on an SBA 504 loan for the purchase and renovation of a 9,990 square foot property in downtown Geneva.

The B.A.S.H. brand was created with the intention of bringing everyone to the table. The new location took that a step further and was designed to also host special events. This ranges from a semi-private dining experience at the sushi bar, to a completely private celebration taking over the entire second floor.
