Bronzeville Winery – NOF Feature Project in Bronzville

Company Profile

Bronzeville Winery is a restaurant, wine bar, and cultural space – featuring a stage for musicians and rotating gallery for local artists. Eric Williams, owner of the Silver Room, and Cecilia Cuff, partnered to make this unique venue come to life with the support of the Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF).

Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Grant Impact

Bronzeville Winery was awarded a $250,000 NOF grant for the buildout of their start-up venue.

Eligible project costs covered by the grant included architecture fees, interior demolition and new buildout carpentry costs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system work, and the installation of tile and flooring.
