DCS provides equipment rental services for commercial, industrial, and government clients in Chicagoland. They are a leading provider of scaffolding and shoring equipment, along with pedestrian canopies, fencing, and safety rail systems.
SBA 504 Loan with SomerCor
DCS was founded by Franklin Colon in 2009, after 19 years of experience in the industry. DCS built a reputation on their commitment to safety and creative approach to find the best solution for each client. The company continued to expand and eventually outgrew its building. In 2021, Colon partnered with SomerCor to use an SBA 504 loan to purchase and renovate a new headquarters. This new location provides critical additional warehouse space and offices for employees. Additionally, by purchasing this property instead of renting, Colon will save about $35,000 a year in monthly mortgage costs and start building equity.
