Founded in 1995 by RaMona Westbrook, Brook Architecture is a Chicago-based practice providing design services to public, private and non-profit organizations. Projects include the 31st Street Harbor (Chicago Park District), Chicago Public Schools Central Office, and Engine Company 115 (Chicago Fire Department).
SBA 504 CRE Purchase with Renovations
After more than 20 years in business, Westbrook was ready to stop renting and purchase her own space. With the help of the SBA 504 loan, Brook Architecture increased their office space by 1,000SF and personalized it. Renovations, including the addition of a resource library, created an environment for employees and clients to effectively collaborate on design plans.
